We are launching our new client portal creating a far better way to make client presentations and get feedback. ...

We have finally come up with a better way to showcase our work. From now on all of our design mock-ups will be viewed in our new client portal. It will feature design notes when you hover over the mock-up as well as comments below. Both the client and our team can leave comments. Below are some screen shots of what it looks like when your logged in.

The Client Dashboard – allowing clients to see their projects and the latest activity.

Often our clients were left to their own devices when opening our design files and without the right software or savvy things got a little hairy. This will solve that problem and now clients can view their mock-ups hassle free.

Design Notes – Both Clients and our team can add notes and place them anywhere over the design.

Feedback – Clients and our team can leave feedback and list revisions.

As of now our clients can log in and see a list of their projects. From there they can see the list of the design mock-ups. For example for a web project there may be a home page and interior page design and for a logo project there might be three or four different concepts. This allows to keep the presentation and feedback isolated for each.

Some functionality that will be coming soon;

Sharing – Clients will be able to share the url to there mock-ups via email and other popular social networking sites to get feedback from colleagues.

Browsing Beta Sites – As of now we can only show flat files but coming soon we will allow clients to browse a beta version of their site and use the same commenting functionality.

Status Updates – Not only will clients provide us with design notes and comments. They will be able to submit the status of the design in the mock-up viewer. The status changes will be, Revise Creative Breif , Revise (see notes and comments), Approve with revisions, and finally Approve.
